1
Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor
Chicago’s version of this popular theme park is called Six Flags Great America, and you can see it in the charming names of its various sections like Orleans Place, County Fair, and Hometown Square. Its rides are as thrilling as you’ve come to expect from the Flags – this one showcasing thrills like the cave-like Dark Knight coaster, Superman, Vertical Velocity, and Raging Bull. Besides that – the park has games, mild and moderate rides, food, shopping, and entertainment. But depending on the weather – here’s the best part: The included admission to the thrilling water park, Hurricane Harbor. You’ll spend most of one full day in this two-park, high-thrill attraction.
2
Navy Pier
For rides, shopping, and entertainment that’s a true Chicago tradition, you cannot beat Navy Pier. It’s a carnival by the beautiful Lake Michigan, an exciting shopping center, a fun museum complex, and so much more – all in one. There are several ways to tour this exciting attraction. There’s plenty to see and do, and there’s a funhouse maze you’ll never forget. Navy Pier should definitely top your list for this tour.
Willis Tower (formerly Sears Tower) SkyDeck
You can see the Willis Tower from several classic Chicago sites as it remains the tallest skyscraper in the city. It makes sense then that it also provides the tallest observation deck, making it one of the most requested attractions for Chicago group tours. Besides the incomparable view, the Tower has exhibits and interactive computers for greater detail on Chicago’s famous sites.
Magnificent Mile
Shopping, food, and historic sites all grace this pretty stretch of Michigan Avenue, so famous for its variety and world-class attractions that it earned the name Magnificent. The Historic Water Tower stands proudly on Michigan Avenue as one of the only structures to survive the Great Chicago Fire. Nearby Water Tower Place takes its name from this historic site but is a world of modern thrills with fabulous shopping and dining. You can spend as much or as little time as you like on the Mile, but we guarantee you’ll enjoy the stroll.
